Ironically as the Dubai real estate market matures, the article on Dubai real estate training and recruitment is more appropriate for development of real estate industry. The training should always be done in addition to the continued development programs as set by Dubai Land Department from time to time which includes life coach and personal coach mechanisms.

SPF Realty embarked on an aggressive training and development programs which included recruitment of a team of

We spent 6 months assisted Unique Properties with restructuring of 3 branches, recruitment, training, structure and development since 2013.

We spent 6 months at the oldest and most successful Dubai real estate brand with training, recruitment and development programs which included Management development since 2012.


















We spent approximately 6 months in total working with the phenomenal Ms Qurat & Mr Mudassar on redeveloping the already dynamic team though improving their skills and company operations.

We embarked on an extremely aggressive detox of the enigmatic Mr Kundan's agency over a 6 month. This included staff assessment, trouble shooting the entire office and offering validated reports in confidence to the CEO with solutions to remedy.

Along with the phenomenal CEO - Ms Diana, we embarked on an aggressive restructure of the company at the start of the Covid 19 Pandemic in April 2020. We trouble shoot the entire team and detox the system and increased to 38 staff in recruitment which includes Marketing, Management and Consultants.

Collectively spent 9 months with A1 Properties alongside the phenomenal Mr Hanif in his luxury offices in Dubai. We were responsible for recruitment of entire team, training and development of entire company.

We worked with Deo Volente Real Estate Dubai for 5 months participating in setting up their company from Trade licence and empty desks to two offices and 68 Offer Letters signed and accepted by COO - Mr Ibrahim.

We spent few weeks with the phenomenal group offering motivational workshops on real estate and business practices to all their franchisees in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
